He holds a law degree from Cândido Mendes University (1995) and a master's degree in Criminal Sciences from Cândido Mendes University (2003). Currently studying for a doctorate in law from UNESA / RJ. Has experience in the area of ​​Law, with emphasis on Criminal Procedural Law, acting on the following subjects: criminal process, hermeneutics, judiciary and Brazilian society. He is also a judge of the Rio de Janeiro State Court of Justice, founder of the Fluminense Magistracy Movement for Democracy (MMFD) and member of the Judges Association for Democracy (AJD).
